Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

Zumi Global LLC is committed to making https://zumiglobal.amai.run (the "Site") usable by as many visitors as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology. This Statement describes what we do, what we are still working on, and how to reach us if something on the Site does not work the way it should for you.

1. WHY ACCESSIBILITY MATTERS TO OUR WORK

Part of the work we do for clients involves landing pages, forms, and content meant to reach as wide an audience as possible, so accessibility is not a side concern for us, it is part of the same judgment we apply to a client's own marketing. We hold our own Site to the same standard we recommend to clients.

2. OUR COMMITMENT

We aim to design and build the Site so that its structure, navigation, and content are usable regardless of ability, following the general principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.1 at the AA level, as a practical reference point. We treat that reference point as a floor to build from rather than a checklist to satisfy at the minimum, since the goal is a Site that is genuinely usable, not one that merely passes an automated scan.

3. STANDARDS REFERENCED

WCAG organizes accessibility around four principles, which we use as a working checklist. Perceivable: information and interface elements must be presentable in ways users can perceive, including sufficient color contrast and text alternatives for meaningful non-text content. Operable: interface elements must be operable by keyboard as well as by mouse or touch, without requiring interactions a user cannot perform. Understandable: content and navigation must be predictable and clearly labeled, including form fields on the contact form. Robust: content must work reliably with current and future assistive technology, including screen readers.

4. MEASURES WE TAKE

Measures reflected in the Site's design include: a color palette chosen to maintain strong contrast between text and background; a layout that does not rely on color alone to convey meaning, such as required-field or error indicators on the contact form; interactive elements, including the FAQ accordion and navigation menu, built to be operable by keyboard as well as by mouse or touch; heading levels used in a logical order rather than chosen purely for visual size, so that assistive technology can present the page's structure accurately; visible focus indicators on interactive elements so a keyboard user can always see where they are on the page; and form fields on the contact form labeled clearly and associated with their inputs, so that screen readers can announce them correctly.

5. ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY WE CONSIDER

When reviewing the Site, we consider common assistive technology and usage patterns, including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA, keyboard-only navigation without a mouse or trackpad, browser zoom or text-resizing up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality, and switch-control or voice-control input methods used by some visitors in place of a traditional pointer.

6. MOBILE ACCESSIBILITY

The Site is built to be usable on mobile devices, including with touch targets sized for reliable tapping, text that remains readable without horizontal scrolling, and a mobile navigation menu that remains operable with a screen reader and with switch or voice-control input.

7. COLOR AND MOTION

The Site uses a restrained color palette chosen for contrast rather than decoration, and animation on the Site is intentionally limited to a small number of short entrance effects, such as a staggered reveal of the headline on the first screen and the opening and closing of the FAQ accordion. Where your operating system or browser is set to reduce motion, the Site's animated effects are minimized accordingly, and no content depends on an animation to be understood.

8. LANGUAGE ACCESSIBILITY

The Site is available in English and Spanish, with a visible toggle to switch between them, so that a visitor can read the content in the language they understand best. Each page sets the correct language attribute for the language currently displayed, so that screen readers announce pronunciation and language-switching correctly.

9. FORM ACCESSIBILITY

The contact form on the Site is built so that every field has a visible, associated label, required fields are indicated in a way that does not rely on color alone, error messages are written in plain language and placed near the field they refer to, and the form can be completed and submitted using only a keyboard.

10. BROWSER AND DEVICE SUPPORT

We aim for the Site to work well on current and recent versions of major desktop and mobile browsers, and on a range of screen sizes from small mobile devices to large desktop displays. Where a visitor uses an older browser version, core content remains accessible even if some visual refinements are not fully supported.

11. ONGOING WORK AND INTERNAL REVIEW

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task. As the Site is updated, we review new sections against the principles described above before they are published, and we treat accessibility feedback from visitors as a priority input into that review, not as an afterthought handled only when required.

12. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet fully meet every applicable accessibility guideline, whether because of third-party embedded tools we do not fully control, such as a scheduling widget used to book a discovery call, or because an issue has not yet been identified through our own review. We treat any such gap as something to fix, not something to accept, and we welcome reports described in Section 19 below.

13. PDF AND DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

Where the Site offers a downloadable document, such as a proposal template or a reference document, we aim to provide it in a format that supports text selection and screen-reader access rather than as a flat scanned image. If you find a downloadable file on the Site that is not accessible to you, contact us using Section 19 and we will provide the content in an alternative format.

14. ALTERNATIVE FORMATS

If a specific page or document on the Site is not accessible to you with the assistive technology you use, you can request the underlying content in an alternative format, such as plain text or a format compatible with your screen reader, through the contact method in Section 19.

15. AUDIO AND VIDEO CONTENT

If we add audio or video content to the Site in the future, we will provide captions for video and a text transcript or equivalent for audio, consistent with the standards referenced in Section 3, rather than publishing time-based media without a text alternative.

16. ACCESSIBILITY IN OUR CLIENT WORK

Where a client engagement includes building or reviewing landing pages, forms, or content intended for the client's own customers, we apply accessibility judgment similar to what is described in this Statement, because a page that a portion of a client's own audience cannot use or read is a page that is not doing its job as marketing, independent of any legal requirement. This paragraph describes an internal practice and is not itself a warranty term of any specific Engagement, which is instead governed by the applicable scope of work.

17. LEGAL CONTEXT

This Statement describes a voluntary effort to align the Site with recognized accessibility guidelines and does not constitute a certification of conformance with WCAG or with any specific accessibility law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time compliance exercise, consistent with Section 11.

18. TRAINING AND INTERNAL PROCESS

Before a new page or a significant Site update is published, we review it against the measures described in Section 4, including keyboard operability, heading structure, color contrast, and form labeling, as part of our normal pre-publication review, rather than as a separate audit performed only occasionally.

19. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Some content or functionality embedded on the Site, such as a scheduling tool, is provided by a third party and governed by that party's own accessibility practices, which we do not fully control. Where we become aware of a significant accessibility issue in a third-party tool, we will evaluate alternatives.

20. FEEDBACK AND CONTACT

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on the Site, or if you need information on the Site in an alternative format, please email us at the address below with a description of the issue, the page where it occurred, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge your report promptly and to address genuine accessibility barriers within a reasonable time.

21. RESPONSE COMMITMENT

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback and to provide a substantive response describing next steps within a reasonable number of business days, and to prioritize fixes that affect a visitor's ability to read content or complete the contact form over purely cosmetic issues.

22. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR RESPONSE

If you report an accessibility barrier and feel our response has not adequately addressed it, you can reply to that same email thread and ask for the matter to be escalated to a senior member of the team, so it receives a second review rather than being closed on the first response alone. We would rather have that conversation directly than have a visitor simply give up on a page that should have worked.

23. USER TESTING

Alongside automated checks, we periodically walk through the Site manually using only a keyboard, and with browser zoom set to 200 percent, to confirm that navigation, the FAQ accordion, and the contact form remain usable under those conditions rather than relying solely on tooling to catch issues. We treat a manual walkthrough as necessary rather than optional, since automated scanners reliably catch missing labels and contrast failures but do not reliably catch a keyboard trap, a confusing reading order, or a focus indicator that is technically present but too faint to see.

24. DOCUMENT HISTORY

This Statement is reviewed each time the Site undergoes a significant redesign or the addition of a major new section, and at least once a year otherwise, so that it continues to describe the Site as it actually exists rather than as it existed when this Statement was first published. Where a review changes what this Statement says, we update the effective date at the top of this page so a returning visitor can tell that something changed.

25. CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time as our practices evolve. We will post the updated statement on the Site with a new effective date.
