Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zumi Global LLC ("Zumi Global," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with https://zumiglobal.amai.run (the "Site") and the marketing consulting Services we describe there. It should be read together with our Cookie Policy, which covers the specific cookies the Site uses, and our Terms of Use, which govern any actual Engagement. It applies to visitors of the Site and to prospective and current clients who contact us, and it does not apply to information a client's own customers give directly to that client, which remains that client's responsibility.

1. WHO WE ARE

Zumi Global LLC is a marketing consulting business offering go-to-market strategy and positioning, brand and content direction, paid and organic acquisition, marketing operations, and fractional marketing leadership, delivered through Sprint, Retainer, and Fractional lead formats. Our registered address is 407 Lincoln Rd, Ste 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States.

2. INFORMATION YOU GIVE US DIRECTLY

When you submit the contact form on the Site, you give us your name, email address, company name, the goal you select from the form's dropdown, the format you are considering, and any message you write describing your business and what is not working today. If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message, such as your name, email address, company details, and any attachments. If a discovery call results, we also receive whatever you tell us on that call and in any follow-up correspondence, including business context that helps us scope a proposal.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you browse the Site, our hosting and security infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on a page, referring website, and general location inferred from your IP address. This data is collected through the strictly necessary and, where accepted, functional and analytics cookies described in our Cookie Policy, including the zg_lang cookie that remembers your language choice and the zg_consent cookie that remembers your cookie preference. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on the Site, and we do not build an advertising profile from your visit.

4. WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether a Sprint, Retainer, or Fractional lead Engagement is a good fit for your business, to prepare a proposal and a written scope of work, to schedule and conduct a discovery call, to deliver contracted Services once an Engagement begins, to operate, secure, and improve the Site, to keep the Site's content available in English and Spanish, and to meet our own tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Where applicable law requires a stated legal basis, we rely on your consent when you submit the contact form or otherwise reach out to us, the performance of a contract once a scope of work is signed, our legitimate business interest in operating and securing the Site and in evaluating prospective Engagements, and compliance with our legal obligations, such as tax recordkeeping. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, without affecting the lawfulness of anything already processed before that withdrawal.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, the scheduling tool used to book a discovery call, and analytics. These providers are limited by contract or by the nature of the service to using your information only to perform the function we engaged them for, and we select tools that avoid unnecessary sharing wherever a reasonable alternative exists. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, by subpoena, or by another valid legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud. If Zumi Global LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the confidentiality commitments described in this Policy.

7. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT DATA

Once a scope of work is signed, information you share with us in the course of an Engagement, including business, performance, and strategy data, is used only to deliver the contracted Services and is treated as confidential consistent with the confidentiality terms of that Engagement, not as marketing data we can reuse for another purpose without your knowledge.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain contact form submissions and prospective client communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential Engagement, and typically no longer than 24 months unless an Engagement results. We retain client records for the duration of an active Engagement and for a period afterward as required by our recordkeeping, tax, and accounting obligations under Florida and U.S. federal law. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymize it, including copies held in backups, within a reasonable time under our internal retention practice.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat a security incident affecting your information as something to disclose and remediate promptly, not something to minimize.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site and our Services are directed at businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS AND DATA TRANSFERS

We work with clients based in the United States and Latin America. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers operate and where data protection laws may differ from those in your own country. We apply the practices described in this Policy consistently regardless of where a visitor is located.

12. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

At any time, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, or to delete information we hold about you, subject to our legitimate business, contractual, and legal recordkeeping needs. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you specific statutory privacy rights, such as a right to opt out of certain processing or a right to know what categories of information we hold, we will honor requests made under that law to the extent it applies to us, even though Zumi Global does not currently meet the size or activity thresholds that trigger most comprehensive state privacy statutes.

13. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you are a prospective or current client, we may email you about your inquiry, a proposal, or an active Engagement. We do not add contact form submissions to a recurring newsletter without your separate, affirmative opt-in, and if we introduce one in the future, every message will include a clear way to unsubscribe.

14. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of information, such as health data, government identification numbers, or data about race, religion, or sexual orientation, through the Site. Please do not include this type of information in a message to us.

15. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how a website should respond to it, the Site does not currently change its behavior when it detects one, beyond the consent choices described in our Cookie Policy, which already limit tracking to a small set of functional and analytics cookies.

16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our social media profiles, or reference third-party tools for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own policies before providing them with information.

17. FILING A COMPLAINT

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, we would rather hear from you directly so we can address it, and you can reach us using the contact details below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection or consumer protection authority, including the Florida Office of the Attorney General for matters involving deceptive trade practices.

18. LANGUAGE OF THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy is published in both English and Spanish so it is accessible to our clients in the United States and Latin America. Where the two versions differ, the English version governs for purposes of legal interpretation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated effective date, and a material change will be indicated clearly here.
